The Challenge
Designing the app interface presented some challenges, mainly because ofthe diverse demographics of users with different ages and tech experience. We had to take into account the basic needs of users like requesting maintenance, paying bills, and creating guest passes, while also making sure it was accessible to everyone. In addition to the users' needs, we also had to think about the requirements of the property management company and integrate additional services for selling. Balancing simplicity and ease of usewith advanced features was a major design challenge. Making sure the interface was user-friendly on different devices and screens added another level of complexity to the process.
